ABSTRACT

According to Public Health Service Town report of Bandung year 2010, Region work UPT Public Health Service Center Babakan Sari District of Kiaracondong prevalence malnutrition less and ugly 13,7 %. Amount from under 5 years of age malnutrition less and ugly 138 people from 9159 people (1,53 %) occupying first sequence from entire UPT town Public Health Service Center of Area in Bandung. This Data indicate that Region work Public Health Service Center Kiaracondong also occupy first sequence of under 5 years of age many from entire UPT town Public Health Service Center of Bandung. 

Intention of this research is to information approach of deviance positive which can improve status of nutrition child of under 5 years of age in Town of Bandung. Type Research the used is descriptive research with approach qualitative. Way of conducting approach qualitative with circumstantial interview and FGD. used Design Research is study of descriptive phenomenology. Result of research about food type the consumed pregnant food high protein, its cheap price among others know, cake of fermented soya beans (tempe), pilla scuttata mousson (tutut), eel. Fish and vegetable, bought by society Sub-District of Babakan Sari in market of Ciroyom at the price of very cheap, they go shopping by rotation during one week. Way of feeding of child of under 5 years of age in Sub-District of Babakan Sari: eat at the same time to look at television, eat at the same time take the air and eat at the same time play at. Overcoming to cough head cold, mothers of under 5 years of age give scar ginger + lime + demerara. If child of under 5 years of age mothers fever of under 5 years of age its child body leathery of him with shallot + eucalyptus oil. Almost entire child of under 5 years of age drink koempheria galanga rice jamu twice one day. Besides koempheria galanga rice, child under 5 years of age also drink sour turmeric jamu. In fulfilling requirement of nutrition, pattern take care and treatment of health have goodness. method of Positive deviance can improve child body weight of under 5 years of age. Program giving of side dish ( PMT) can be executed with method of positive deviance.
