ABSTRACT
Midwifery education must be realistic and emphasizes the integration of theory and practice based on research results. The role of educator is as fasilitators in the learning process that provides facilities, monitoring and guidance when needed. Under the new paradigm of college students will be seen as the primary customer who should get good service until it reaches the level of satisfaction and leraning outcomes are optimal. The study was conducted with univariate to multivariate analysis to see how much the relationship of learning organization factors with achievement of course competencies mother midwifery care I (pregnancy) and Which are the most related factor, using logistic regression.
The results of univariate analysis showed that adequate educational facilities such as teaching facilities, instructional media, literature books, laboratory classes, learning plan, learning and evaluation process of learning. Testing the relationship between variables (bivariate) note there are three variables related to the course competencies mother midwifery care I (pregnancy) is a labory class, the learning process, and evalution of learning. While the multivariate test based on the interaction test was not obtained by the interaction between the learning process of learning evaluation ( p value = 0,805). Further more, late model used is the regression model without interaction variables showed that the learning evaluation is the most dominant variable associated with mother midwifery care competency course I (pregnancy) with a p- value = 0,003 and odds ratio 6,168.
