Up to now, the Nursing Program was having status of a maintenance or survailance stage. Although the Nursing program have done several improvement continoustly, the management of financed and administrations (ADUK) still needs further improvement. Objective: The study was aimed to find out the knowledge relationships and staffs behavior on the implementation of quality management systems ISO 9001: 2008 at the Nursing program of Bandung Health Polytechnic.
Methods: The observed variables consisted of knowledge staffs and staffs behavior as independent variables. The implementation of quality management systems was also observed as dependent variable. The study used a descriptive analysis with Cross Sectional Design. The total respondents were 39 peoples which have to fill self administered questionares and there observations. Data analysis were done through univariate analysis to see the distribution prequency of each variables, and Chi Square (bivariate) analysis to find the magnitute of its’ relationships (OR). Results: The results showed there were not relationships among knowledge staffs and staffs behavior with the implementations of quality management systems ISO 9001: 2008. The value of knowledge was P=0.799, staffs behavior value was P=0.017 , and the OR value was 7.33. About 56.4 % of knowledge level staffs were not performance, while 61.5 % of staffs behavior were also not supporting its ISO 9001: 2008 implementation. The study recommended that several efforts needed to be improved continuously in order to achieve the documentation systems of ISO 9001: 2008 perfectly, i.e.; intensive communications among the staffs and supporting of facilities improvement.
