ABSTRACT
There were four essential evidence-based of servical cancer within 12 years in Indonesia, such as (1) increasing evidence, (2) most of clients comes to the hospital with terminal illness, (3) increasing the number of mortality rate, and (4) the clients who attandted of pap’s smear is 5-8% only. Objectives: to construct the valid and reliable of screening tool, so that it could be sensitive and specificity for picking risk clients of cervical cancer up in the community. Design: explorative study with cross sectional approach. Sample: all women who have been screening as a risk ofcervical, and they have involved in inclusion criteria (n = 45). Result and resume: finding r table is (0.444) and α (0.525) into 15 items of questions, and then it might be found sensitivity value (100%) – and specificity (23.33%).
